We regard the safety and well-being of our guests and our team as a top priority, ensuring that our guests experience both safety and exceptional service. We closely monitor statements regarding COVID-19 cleaning, hygiene and disinfection protocols recommended by the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization and New York State to make certain that our Gathering Room/Public Area and Inn comply with these policies. Detailed below are the actions we’ve put in place to make or property feel like you’re in the safety of your own home.

Inn Booking Policy

Our suites are available for bookings through Airbnb or directly with the Inn. We require a 2 night minimum stay.  During New Years, the suites will have a minimum stay of 3 days. Inn Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Our check-in & check-out procedures allow for safe social distancing. If requested, we can offer contactless check-in. If you have any special requests, please let us know prior to your arrival.

Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizer stations are placed in the foyer and in each guest suite.

 

Employee Hygiene

Our staff is reminded that frequent hand washing is essential to good hygiene. Equally important during the period of construction, our construction workers are required to enter and exit the premises though two specific doors which are not available to our guests. These doors are posted as employees only.
