our commitment to health and wellness
We regard the safety and well-being of our guests and our team as a top priority, ensuring that our guests experience both safety and exceptional service. We closely monitor statements regarding COVID-19 cleaning, hygiene and disinfection protocols recommended by the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization and New York State to make certain that our Common Room/Café and Inn comply with these policies. Detailed below are the actions we’ve put in place to make or property feel like you’re in the safety of your own home.

Cleaning Protocols & Procedures
All frequent high-touch areas will be cleaned multiple times during the day. We are using EPA-approved disinfectants on all surfaces, and have invested in UV-C wands to go over all guest room and entrance foyer areas. Daily housekeeping is available upon request.
Guests and employees will always be advised to practice social distancing by standing at least six feet away from each other.
Guests are required to wear face-coverings in all public areas. Employees will always wear face masks.
Hand sanitizer stations are placed in the foyer and in each guest suite.
Our staff is reminded that frequent hand washing is essential to help stop the spread of virus.
Equally important during this period of construction, our construction workers are required to enter and exit the premises through two specific doors which are not available to our guests. These doors are posted as employee only.
In compliance with New York State regulations, daily temperature checks are preformed on all employees and construction workers. Anyone with a temperature above normal or exhibiting virus symptoms will be asked to leave the premises and seek medical treatment immediately.
